Our seller on-boarding policy & sign-up process

www.b2bsangam.com is an online portal and common market place, on which buyers and sellers can interact with each other for procurement and selling of items and commodities. B2B Sangam is just a platform that enables these activities and has no role in transactions between buyer and seller.

As a flow or business process, buyer & seller both comes on www.b2bsangam.com & register themselves for Floating an auction such as Forward or Reverse or E-Procurement by raising RFQ or by generating Quotation & Purchase Order (PO) or can directly involve in online tender by Bidding.

To take the benefit of above activities, buyer or seller need to register themselves through the defined links of category listings or may use E-listing links. Buyers and sellers may also go directly on the register now link and get themselves registered. Before the registration he/she need to decide the package that suits them. Initial postings are totally free till 1st 5 postings in 1st 30 days or the same can be availed for participation in bidding

If seller wins the bid process, then buyer and seller can get in touch with each other with their convenience for further dealings.

Seller must sign-up on the B2B Sangam website through registration form. While signing-Up seller must provide required information accurately. Providing fake or inaccurate information may result in suspension or termination of account if verification is conducted.
B2B Sangam only takes part in hosting and listing the auction, and allow buyers to bid on them. No further transaction is monitored by B2B Sangam after the auction complete successfully.
Seller can bid on the auction listings and wait for the deadline to finish for results of the auction. If seller wins the bid process, then buyer and seller can get in touch with each other with their convenience for further dealings.
Suspension or termination of account can also occur if B2B Sangam’s privacy policies, terms of conditions, or IPR is violated. Seller is sole responsible for his / her / their own account and their content. B2B Sangam holds no responsibility if seller’s account is compromised by sharing the password or any other means.
After Sign-up seller can use services up to “defined” number on his / her / their free account provided by B2B Sangam. Seller can also opt for various tier packages available on the website in order to get benefits or perks as per the packages.
If seller purchase the package / packages and uses B2B Sangam’s service even once, seller won’t be eligible for any kind of refund. Seller must exhaust the package and opt for discontinuation of package as B2B Sangam has auto-renewal service in-built if opted.

Policies against selling counterfeit / banned products

B2B Sangam is an online portal and a common market place, where sellers and buyers can interact with each other but won’t be doing any financial transaction online through B2B Sangam.
Online auctions and bidding is held on B2B Sangam, however these buyers & sellers are being verified with their professional details such as GST, OTP on Email or Mobile will insure that the entity is not fake and this will restrict them to upload any banned product to protect their own goodwill too.
Still if we notice that any seller selling banned products B2B Sangam will debar them from any further activity on the portal.
Transactions / exchange / procurement / payment from both buyer and seller is not being done through portal so not a concern of B2B Sangam. B2B Sangam holds and plays no role in post auction procedures for any kind or delivery or non-procurement.

Policies to tackle customer disputes

B2B Sangam does not take any part between the disputes of buyer or seller. Buyers and sellers can resolve their own disputes as we take no part in after auction procedures.
If or in any case B2B Sangam customer has any dispute with B2B Sangam, Customer shall be fully aware & should follow the terms of usage, privacy policies, and IPR of B2B Sangam.
No customer shall hold B2B Sangam responsible for payment processing or failure as technical glitches may occur during registration or opting for tier packages. Though that payment will be confirmed manually by the B2B Sangam and package will be allocated as per the package plan, if payment is received.
No customer shall hold B2B Sangam in dispute responsible for service we provide, as technical error / glitch may occur or website and services can be under maintenance on any point of time.
Customers shall note that B2B Sangam has auto renewal payment system, so customers shall be aware of discontinuing the package in order to avoid disputes with B2B Sangam as we have declared in terms of conditions.
In case of violation is any policies imposed and written by / on B2B Sangam, member / user can be subjected to account suspension or immediate termination of account without any prior notice.

Checks we have in place to ensure seller is fulfilling delivery properly

B2B Sangam is an online portal for enabling sellers and buyers link and interact with each other. We only enable sellers and buyer post and list their requirement, host auctions, and bid on them & get the final one selected for each other.
B2B Sangam has no part / role after conclusion of online auction hosted on B2B Sangam. Buyer and seller can directly interact with each other after the conclusion of the auction as per their T&C of Delivery as per location, Transportation & payment.
Post auction actions and transactions are between sellers and buyers only, B2B Sangam does not monitor or peak into any buyer and seller transactions/ exchange after the auctions concludes.

Prohibited items to list on B2B Sangam

Listings including adoption of babies and children.
Listings including adult / pornographic material or child pornographic material.
Listings including alcohol or tobacco.
Listings including animals under pets category, that are defined under animal cruelty law / rules.
Arms, ammunition, artillery, air guns, hunting guns, daggers, sharp blades or any other material that can cause harm or affliction to others.
Listings including piracy of movies or software, services like unlocking phones or stocks and other securities.
Surrogacy.
Photos of artists, entertainers, singers are not allowed.
Offensive or disturbing photos or videos including crime scene images, brutal images, or any other material that displays or encourages crime.
Services or schemes like Multi-Level-Marketing, bulk SMS, bulk Email, network marketing jobs or employment, and work from home affiliated jobs.
Listings that involves Escort services or adult massages.
Listings including animal or human organ, skin, or any other such material.
Listings including spiritual services that involves black magic, love spells, jadu, vashikaran, or any other services which are not proven by science.
Hazardous chemicals which can cause harm to any living creature(s) and cannot be obtained without license.
Listings that mentions child labour or employment without consent i.e slavery.
Listing for cryptocurrencies.
Listings including personal information, data, credit card or debit card information or other information or data that can harm a person’s identity or cause financial loss.
Listings for blood, bodily fluids, human slaves, or remains.
Sell or listing of sexually explicit material, sex toys, and obscene material or cd / dvd that can hurt a person’s sentiments mentally, emotionally, physically, or hurt or harm in any kind are prohibited.

B2B Sangam is not responsible for any loss, and harm occurred to the user. The user / member will be sole responsible for any loss or harm occurred to them. The website can be out of service for maintenance or other reasons.
